Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure all the details are correct and to your instructions, and that you and others included in this booking are able to comply with any restrictions applicable. In the event of any errors, please contact us as soon as possible. The start time is the time you MUST BE ON SITE and the finish time is the approx time you will finish. Please note if you have insufficient paintballs then you will finish early.

If you or any member of your party fails to show all monies paid will not be refunded/or transferable.

Please do not arrive late as you may miss the safety brief and your booking may be released – all monies paid will be forfeited/non returnable/non transferable.

Please ensure that we have a mobile contact telephone number in case of any emergencies for game day.

Please ensure that all payments are paid by due date to avoid your booking being released and spaces resold.

All payments are non refundable and paintballs are non transferable. In the event of game day being cancelled for any reason by ourselves (including adverse weather conditions) all payments will be held over for the next 6 months.

All bookings are subject to availability. You will be notified in advance if insufficient numbers have booked for day to go ahead.

Extra players brought on game day are subject to availability - please remember we can only guarantee those players who have made payments. If you wish your entire group to play on the same side, please advice ASAP.

Please ensure that the bookings office is notified a minimum of 7 days prior to game day of any vegetarians to avoid disappointment as we offer a free light lunch for anyone playing on a full day only. For players with allergies, please contact the office in advance to see if we are able to offer a suitable light lunch. NO drinks are included but are available for purchase on game day together with extra refreshments.

Any game balances and all extra purchases on game day must be paid on day by either cash or credit card (please note all credit card transactions on site for additional purchases are subject to a £1.50 per transaction administration charge)

Average ammo usage is 550 paintballs per person for a full day and 350 for a half day. Only paintballs sold by us on game day are permitted for insurance/health and safety.

Suitable clothing - please bring loose fitting trousers, t-shirt, sweater/hoodie (thin layers), overalls are supplied. Suitable outdoor recreational activity footwear; preferably with ankle support. Thin gloves are also advisable but armoured gloves to keep are available for purchase on dame day @ £5 a pair

All junior bookings (11-16 year olds) that if an adult is not playing with the party that for health and safety reasons a suitable adult remains in base-camp. All juniors must have a completed consent forms and bring on game day and may be asked for proof of age for legal reasons and may be refused (site manager discretion - PLEASE REMEMBER ALL UNDER 11’s ON DAY OF GAME ARE NOT INSURED TO PLAY AND WILL BE REFUSED)
