Please check all details are correct on receipt of booking form, as amendments may not be possible.
Please ensure correct daytime telephone number in case of any emergencies. (Mobiles if possible)
Please ensure that deposits are paid by due deposit date to avoid your booking being released.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Extra players brought on game day are subject to availability - please remember we can only guarantee those players who have paid deposits.
Please ensure that the bookings office is notified a minimum of 7 days prior to game day of any vegetarians to avoid disappointment.
Any game balances and any extra purchases on game day must be paid on day by either cash, cheque with cheque card or credit card (please note all credit card transactions on site are subject to a £1.50 administration charge)
In the event of any cancellations/no shows all payments are non refundable and paintballs are non transferable.
Average ammo usage is 500/700 paintballs per person for a full day.
Please do not arrive late as your booking may be released.
Suitable clothing - please bring loose fitting trousers. t-shirt, sweater (thin layers), overalls are supplied. Suitable outdoor recreational activity footwear; preferably with ankle support.
Please leave as many valuables as possible behind as no secure lockup facilities at the site.
All junior bookings (11-16 year olds) that if an adult is not playing with the party that for health and safety reasons a suitable adult remains in base-camp. All 11 year olds MUST BE IN YEAR 7 AT HIGH SCHOOL. Any juniors must complete consent forms and bring on game day and may be asked for proof of age for legal reasons and may be refused (site manager discretion - PLEASE REMEMBER ALL UNDER 11’s AND NOT IN YEAR 7 AT HIGH SCHOOL ON DAY OF GAME ARE NOT INSURED TO PLAY AND WILL BE REFUSED)
